Established in 2004, BLS draws on the extensive Construction and Concrete experience of its Manager, Bruce Barlow and Assistant Manager Blair Barlow, its Tradesman, Plant Operators, General Labourers and approved Subcontractors.

Since the early 80's Bruce has been involved in construction projects as a Contractor, Site Manager and Project Manager. Bruce has worked on the Cocos Islands, Christmas Islands, Malaysia, Thailand, Timor Leste, the Midwest Region and in some of the remotest parts of mainland Australia.
Blair has been involved with BLS Construction for over 20 years, completing his apprenticeship as a Carpenter and Joiner on Cocos Islands. Blair has gone on to Supervise projects in some of the remotest areas of Western Australia and Timor Leste. He has developed an extensive knowledge and background in Civil Concrete and General Construction.
